Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sine Cura Cyber account at any time from inside the iPhone app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Sine Cura Cyber app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the summary and confirm. If you haven't signed in recently, the app asks you to sign in again first.

When it finishes, the app shows "Your account and all data were deleted."

What gets deleted

• Your Sine Cura Cyber account and sign-in
• All paired PCs and their security history and alerts
• Any unused pairing codes and the PCs' connection keys
• Notification settings for this and any other phones signed in to your account

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Sine Cura Cyber's access to your Apple ID.

This can't be undone. If deletion is interrupted, our servers keep retrying automatically until it is complete.

What happens to your PCs

Your PCs stop reporting and show "Not paired". The helper stays installed; you can uninstall it from Windows Settings > Apps.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
